Reservation Policy
Reservations are confirmed after validating the credit card or after the prepayment has been received. A valid credit card is required to confirm the booking.
A deposit or full prepayment may be required, depending on the selected rate plan.
All prices are subject to the local VAT tax required by law. The cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance to the arrival date for the Flexible Rate and 30 days in advance to the arrival for the Summer Rate.
For families or large groups, interconnected rooms are provided upon request.
Pets are allowed upon request. We reserve an area of the hotel for them and they have an additional charge of 15 € (max 2 pets).
We reserve the right to charge you part or the full deposit in case of damage or stealing of any items in the room or when a deep cleaning issue is needed.
All minors have to be accompanied by at least one adult.
A public parking is available, free of charge.
Accessible rooms are available. Make sure you request them at the moment of the booking to ensure availability.
Please note, your booking has not been made until you receive a confirmation email from us.
The hotel and room instructions are sent to you 24h before your arrival date including: Apartment number & location details, access codes for keyless entry, Wi-Fi password & other important information.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms.
We clean your room every 3 days. You might require additional service, please let reception know.
An additional 30€ is added. Everyday cleaning can be arrange under agreement with a special price.
If you need extra towels, you can request it to the team for 5€ each.
