What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. A valid ID is required in advance for self check-in, which can be sent to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +34 630 28 75 07.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge.
Is parking available at the property?
Yes. Free parking is available directly in front of the property.
Do you offer long-term stays or monthly rates?
Yes. We welcome long-term stays and offer special rates for longer bookings. Please contact us for availability and tailored offers.
Are the apartments equipped with a kitchen?
Yes. All studios and apartments include a fully equipped kitchen for easy everyday living.
Is housekeeping included during the stay?
Your apartment is cleaned every 3 days. If you require additional cleaning, please let reception know.
An extra cleaning service is available for €30 per visit. Daily cleaning can be arranged upon request at a special rate.
Is there a gym or wellness facilities nearby?
Yes. Your stay includes access to a nearby gym, and Marbella offers a wide range of fitness, wellness and sports facilities.
How far is the beach and Marbella centre?
The nearest beach is around a 10-minute drive away. Marbella centre is approximately 20 minutes by car.
Do you provide airport transfers or help with car rental?
We are happy to assist with airport transfers and car rental recommendations. Please contact us in advance.
Are children welcome? Do you offer baby beds?
Yes, children are very welcome. Baby beds are available on request.
How can I modify or cancel my booking?
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival for standard reservations. For summer stays, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Reservation Policy
Reservations are confirmed after validating the credit card or after the prepayment has been received. A valid credit card is required to confirm the booking.
A deposit or full prepayment may be required, depending on the selected rate plan.
All prices are subject to the local VAT tax required by law. The cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance to the arrival date for the Flexible Rate and 30 days in advance to the arrival for the Summer Rate.
For families or large groups, interconnected rooms are provided upon request.
Pets are allowed upon request. We reserve an area of the hotel for them and they have an additional charge of 15 € (max 2 pets).
We reserve the right to charge you part or the full deposit in case of damage or stealing of any items in the room or when a deep cleaning issue is needed.
All minors have to be accompanied by at least one adult.
A public parking is available, free of charge.
Accessible rooms are available. Make sure you request them at the moment of the booking to ensure availability.
Please note, your booking has not been made until you receive a confirmation email from us.
The hotel and room instructions are sent to you 24h before your arrival date including: Apartment number & location details, access codes for keyless entry, Wi-Fi password & other important information.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms.
We clean your room every 3 days. You might require additional service, please let reception know.
An additional 30€ is added. Everyday cleaning can be arrange under agreement with a special price.
If you need extra towels, you can request it to the team for 5€ each.
For any enquiry during your stay, you can contact the Virtual Reception number located in your room.
Check-in/ check-out:

You can leave the hotel key inside the room at the moment of check-out. The room keys are valid until 11:00 AM, unless you requested a late check-out, previously accorded.
